gingerandchorizo 9yr From my experience, skin on chicken seems to be able to keep its moist slightly better than skinless one, but I think because of the chicken is cooked in a sauce half way through, it remains juicy when cooked. Hope it helps! -

Brown rice spaghetti with ratatouille
I made ratatouille last night and have lot of leftover, so I am having it for lunch again!

Roasted veggies (carrot, parsnips, beetroot, fennel and red onion), baby spinach and guacamole served on top of egg fried rice
All is leftover but I made them into a healthy and quick meal #nofoodwaste
