General Tso Cauliflower. Battered the florets, lightly pan fried and added to a spicy sauce. Five-spice powder infused rice with chopped cilantro and green onions. Topped with chopped nuts. Totally satisfying- didn't miss the meat at all. Adapted from recipe found on Bakeaholic Mama blog.

JenniferEmilson Hi @Brianne I've attached the link to the Horchata recipe on my blog. It's amazing. I use both almonds and brown rice.
Instead of the usual pesto, try making scape soup. Grill the tops for a garnish!
