Great question @AlexB! The Ezekiel low sodium and sesame sprouted breads have 0g added sugar. They have some malted barley, but it must be very little if it didn't register on the nutrition count. You can also visit the Royal Oak Farmers Market on Saturdays. The baker who sells loaves of spelt bread makes his breads without any added sugar.

My favorite no added sugar to-go snacks: larabars, maryβs Seed crackers with hummus, grapes, mixed nuts, and for a treat - almond butter-stuffed dates (2 of them will fill you up).
