annefood 7yr @lillady as @Rachna said, don't sweat the mistakes. The beauty of developing healthy habits is that over time you are able to make the healthy choice the normโwhat you do about 90% of the time. I'm in the habit of grabbing a date instead of dessert if I want something sweet. So on that off chance that I think to myself, I really want ice cream tonight, it's a conscious decision and not what I eat by default. It makes it more special, and I haven't had dessert every night so it's okay! And it's not off limits, which means that when I do have ice cream, I don't feel guilty or feel like I might as well eat the whole pint. Keep going, you've got this! It takes time to develop these habits so don't stress!
