No Added Sugar (Level 5 Day16) Had decided to go for broke & not use a single pass but had to taste a dessert for our new menu. #eating one bite at a time has hugely helped me cut sugar cravings too!

@Rachna we sampled hazelnut entremet & halo halo. 10 days in Penn state doing the ice cream course made me realise that almost everything has sugar hidden in some form or the other. Doing this challenge to break that craving pattern.
