barefoothorseman 8yr juice is a sweetened beverage. it's the sugar of the fruit with the fiber and much of the nutrient value removed

annefood 8yr You're right @barefoothorseman that even 100% juice contains a lot of sugar and without the fiber your body gets a significant sugar rush. However it doesn't contain any added sugar, and thus isn't a sweetened beverage. We recommend drinking juice sparingly, and diluting it with water if you do choose to drink juice.

barefoothorseman 8yr My kids still drink juice but my wife and I are now juice free. We eat lots of fruit however.
