Have you tried replacing soda with sparkling water? You could even try infusing sparkling water with some slices of citrus fruit for a bit of sweetness & flavor.

@mads - first of all, congrats on drinking less soda! That's huge! Give yourself a pat on the back. When you do drink soda is it because you're craving something sweet? Is it because you like drinking something fizzy? Or is it because you want the caffeine? If you're craving something sweet, make yourself grab a piece of fruit instead of a soda. It will be a nice treat and fill you up with fiber and nutrients. Or if it's something sweet in liquid form that you need, add a splash of 100% fruit juice to some sparkling water. Fruit juice is liquid sugarโideally you eat a whole fruit instead of drinking its juice, but at least it's natural and can be a great way to transition away from soda if you dilute it with water and only consume a tiny bit. Or if you need the caffeine, try a cup of black or green tea. Just make sure not to drink it too late in the day otherwise it will interfere with your sleep.
