Try muesli , plain yoghurt with fresh fruits , nuts & seeds or whole wheat toast with peanut butter( without sugar)

I'm so glad you ate breakfast @mads ! @garv 's suggestion is a good one. Eggs are also a great breakfast if you want something warm like the veggie sausage patties. I would advise against fruit juice though—unfortunately even freshly squeezed juice is basically liquid sugar. It's waaayy better than drinking soda, so awesome for choosing something less processed, but try to eat a whole orange instead of drinking the juice if you can. The whole fruit contains fiber which helps stabilize your blood sugar, and will help fill you up too. A small amount of freshly squeezed orange juice is fine when you want to indulge, but unfortunately it should be consumed in small amounts.

This may not be appetizing to everyone, but I like eating seasoned black beans for breakfast. With enough paprika, they actually taste a little bit like sausage, and they are super filling. @mads - I'm not sure if you like beans, but maybe give those a try too! I know beans a staple in a British breakfast, so maybe it's not so crazy after all.

That's an awesome tip @JoanneG ! I make seasoned black beans too, with cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and black pepper. So good!@garv cold pressed juices have gotten a lot of attention because they supposedly retain more nutrients than pasteurized juices (though I can't personally speak to that aspect). We don't support drinking fruit juices regardless of juicing method due to their high sugar content (even though it's natural from the fruit) and lack of fiber. If you want to watch an interesting talk that delves into the effect of fruit juice on the body, check out Robert Lustig. https://www.thefoodstand.com/posts/12171-annefood-dr-robert-lustig-s-sugar-the-bitter-truth Even many bottled cold pressed green juices actually contain a significant amount of fruit juice, so while there are veggies too, it's still a ton of sugar without the fiber. However if you are a fan of green juice that is purely juiced vegetables, then go for it. I can't say it's the miracle cure, but it won't hurt.
does anyone have EASY vegetarian recipes? my mom never cooks dinner so we have resorted to eating out every day, which in turn, makes me feel sluggish, and is NOT healthy. help!

I have recently taken a liking to tofu, you can make scrambled eggs with firm tofu, cumin, nutritional yeast, and tumuric. Or go extra firm and make spagetti with tofu meatballs
