Bee 8yr INGREDIENTS : 1 can of tuna, 1 large avocado (mashed), 2 eggs (fried, poached or whatever you fancy), 1 celery stick (diced), 1/2 red onion, 2 pieces of wholegrain toast. INSTRUCTIONS: mix the tuna, avocado, onion and celery together. You can add chopped parsley (cilantro), chilli flakes, pepper and other herbs and spices to suit your taste. Cook your eggs. Whilst your eggs are cooking split the avocado/ tuna mix and put it on your toast. Then top it off with the egg. I love this recipe, it's so delicious! And it's super FILLING too! Ps: Also to make it a bit more exotic you can add fried sliced cherrie tomatoes or sundries tomatoes, the colours will look amazing!

annefood 8yr Have you checked out the Guidebook? https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/12-avoid-sugar-at-breakfast/guide There are some great recipes on there that can be made for two people. Some take a bit more time and would be great for weekends, while others are super quick and great for workday mornings!

mirasingh 8yr Overnight oats! You need to make this the night before, but it only takes two minutes. I usually do oats, unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, banana, dried fruit. You leave it in the fridge in a jar overnight and then the next morning, you can just take them out and eat.
