annefood 8yr Hey @Lazy_Nash ! Not feeling thirsty isn't necessarily a bad thing—it's normal for some people to feel more thirsty than others. But despite not feeling thirsty you still need fluids. Simply making a habit of drinking water is a great way to up your intake without relying on your thirst mechanism. Try keeping a water bottle with you at all times, and make water more fun by trying sparkling water with chopped fruit in it.

Nessie 8yr Funny I never feel thirsty either always thought there was something wrong with me! I've learned I have to keep track and carry water with me since my body never reminds me.

sara2emily 8yr I never really feel thirsty but I carry a water bottle with me whenever I can/remember (lol) and I start drinking when I have nothing to do aka bored in class

Brianne 8yr I like to check myself around lunch time to make sure I've had a couple of glasses by then, because I know it's impossible for me to drink 8 glasses right before bed. I wouldn't get much sleep then =)
