akhilg2002 So true. If I have sugar (especially even the artificial sweeteners) it seems to make me crash hard and get so much more tired!

annefood I agree it's easy once you ditch 'em, but coming off of sweets is hard! I definitely have a sweet tooth, but feel SO much better without all that sugar.

KyFish Yep I totally agree. The first few days when I started cutting out sweets were definitely hard. But now that I'm well over the hump, I have so much more sustained energy.
