DietID_TeamDietitians Really?! Oof I'll give it a try sans the lemon juice. I always use both and it seems to work, but a true scientist would say only test one variable at a time :)

Even when I don't get to the app, every time I try eat fast on the go, the Foodstand challenge comes to mind with a smile 😀 and it helps me stick to One Bite at the time. Thus, my positive habit building stays in tact ( for the most part) It's like a kind Big Brother watching over me 😀
