emeyerl 8yr Never tired it so I am curious, why steamed sweet potato? Preferred over roasted? -
marynfulton2 8yr @emeyerl I chose steamed potatoes in this case, because it was quick to do in the same pan. I was able to through in the kale, chicken, and olives towards the end and have a meal ready to go in minutes. Steamed sweet potatoes are much softer, but I prefer almost anything roasted
