Thanks @Rachna! You can make vegetarian dashi by skipping the bonito flakes, use dried shiitaki mushrooms instead and keep the kombu as it mimics the taste of the sea!

You can add any extra veggies you like, I added frozen green peas here. A great way to use up leftover veggies

This drink is made with blood orange juice and chia seeds, it is so refreshing, I can drink it by the gallon

did you blend the chia seeds? or soak them overnight? This looks beautiful!

I just simply add chia seeds in the orange juice, stir and wait for 10 minutes and then enjoy! 😊
