As a mother of 5 Sons I always wanted my sons to receive the best healthy quality food even if I'm not around ... And so for the past 5 years I cook for 1000 kids every summer
Vegan tasty healthy...
Stuffing
100gr macadamia nuts
6 kalamata olives
4 sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped coriander
Water
Garnish
1/4 cup sesame seeds
8 basil leaves
8 beet julienned
1 Tbs olive oil
Combine all stuffing ingredients in a food processor to a thick paste add water if needed. Make into balls. Roll in sesame seeds. Place basil leaf in endive lead & garnish with olive oil & beet
