FarmerDave 8yr Greens, even if slightly wilted, work great in a stir fry. I'm glad you used them. They take a lot of work (and water) to grow, so I always cringe when I see someone throw them away. -

I wish I could've let them grow for longer, but some slugs managed to bypass my copper tape and infest my potato pots, so I wanted to harvest before they ate my potatoes!
