First family brunch at our house, full of delicious South Indian eats
On the menu- Hyderabady toast and paniyaram. The toast is made with spicy potato stuffing on toast, topped with tamarind chutney, cilantro chutney, and red chili chutney and sev. Paniyaram is made with dosa batter with tempered spices and curry leaves - baked like little muffins. These two are great savory brunch items to avoid excess sugar and still feed a big crowd
