mrscorco @Rachna I've been meaning to cook with vermicelli! Someone posted a picture of lemon rice and that's all I could think of, ALL day, so I had to make some!

DietID_TeamDietitians =) I love lemon rice so much. My mom whipped up a vermicelli-based version, which happens to cook much faster than rice, so it's a good back up if you're in a rush.
There's some debate on how to clean and store freshly laid eggs. Also, do they taste different? How long do they last? 🐔🐔

mrscorco @Rachna I think the picture makes the sauce look thick but it's just broth. I just brought the bone stock to a boil and added the turkey and vegetables to it.
