#NoFoodWaste tip! If you grow your own greens then make sure to shock them in cold (not ice) water right after harvest. Dry them well with a salad spinner and store them in a closed but vented container. They'll last 7 days or more in the fridge!

This is our mild mix. It includes red Russian kale, amaranth and red cabbage. It's packed with nutrients and is very tasty! I love to add these to my breakfast omelets. #FoodRevolution
