#NoFoodWaste tip! If you grow your own greens then make sure to shock them in cold (not ice) water right after harvest. Dry them well with a salad spinner and store them in a closed but vented container. They'll last 7 days or more in the fridge!

olivettefarm @sugardetoxme we use sharp harvest knives. They're a little easier to move around in the trays. Same knives we use for lettuce and other leafy greens.
