What People are Saying
Food is too good to waste. We're doing what we can to inspire everyone who cooks and eats to make the most of the edible food in their lives.
We hope you'll join us for Salvage Supperclub in San Francisco and enjoy a multi-course, veg-forward tasting menu lovingly crafted by chef Pesha Perlsweig that showcases the amazing potential many of us fail to see in our food.
The evening will start with a cocktail hour inside and then move out to the street with dinner in our retrofitted Dumpster Dining Room. It's an intimate, communal dining experience with every course exploring novel uses for delightful foods that would have otherwise gone to waste (think brocolli stalks, aged bananas, and beyond).
We're very excited to be sourcing some of our ingredients for the meal from Imperfect Produce, whose mission is to find homes for "ugly" fruits and veggies. Learn more about them and their produce delivery subscription here: http://imperfectproduce.com
Choose from two dates, either June 25th or 26th. Dinner includes two cocktails and a six-course vegetable forward tasting menu including dessert. 25% of profits will go to a local non-profit committed to rescuing food and feeding the hungry.
