Whole wheat pumpkin ravioli with sage & acorn squash stuffed with turkey sausage, garlicky kale, & carrots. Mostly organic. Fully delicious.

One of my favorite #kitchentips - cook your rice in coconut milk!
Here with brussels, tofu, avocado, a soy/sesame/ginger/garlic sauce. The coconut milk makes the rice so so so creamy and delicious, and gives the nicest subtle hint of coconut taste. #FoodRevolution
