I’m a big morning coffee drinker. I use 2 tsp of International Delight coffee creamer and a tbsp of whipped cream. Do I have to ditch this?

I tried vanilla extract in my oatmeal this am, as per foodstand’s tip, and it was delicious!!! Highly recommend

DietID_TeamDietitians Hey @elievois - nope! fruit must is basically crushed up fruit, so that is a-ok during the Avoid Added Sugar challenge.

It says 3 grams of sugar, but I don’t see sugar in the ingredients unless it’s disguised as something else?? Can I eat this trader joe muesli?

DietID_TeamDietitians Sounds fun! So honey isn’t allowed but you can replace with dates which are naturally sweet. Also opt for a ketchup with no added sugar if your recipe calls for ketchup or stick with tomato paste....
