  • garv Char the eggplant & cook it with the same ingredients along with ground peanuts or you can use a bit of peanut butter. Add fennel seeds (saunf) & you have a soopah dish!

Did you know that instead of Eggs you can add Tehini...well it's very tasty and is great for Vegan dishes
