Since I had this beautiful October day off; what better way to spend it making a healthy lunch?
Super easy (and affordable!) to make in a pinch.
Just cut the vegetables to your liking and toss....
Any recipes for infused water that can also detox?

marynfulton2 @emeyerl I chose steamed potatoes in this case, because it was quick to do in the same pan. I was able to through in the kale, chicken, and olives towards the end and have a meal ready to go in...
