I'm looking for something to bake or cook with low calories. The less calories, the better. Does anyone know any? It doesn't have to be big.
I crave sugar all the time especially in the afternoon. This craving can only be stopped with chocolate. Suggest an alternative

Back at school and I am struggling to find filling, healthy and quick to make food to take to school. Any suggestions?

While doing the 'Eat Less Meat' challenge I made tacos made with refried beans instead of hamburger or chicken. They were delicious!
Beans are a great source of protein. Just replace meat with beans! Beans are healthy and taste good.
