If I eat a piece of fruit during breakfast, itβs really not too hard to get the rest of my fruits and vegetables the rest of the day.

DietID_TeamDietitians Yes! My favorites breakfasts pair perfectly with fruit. Apples in oatmeal, bananas with muesli, berries and plain yogurt - the list goes on! ππΌ
