DietID_TeamDietitians 7yr A few tricks that have helped me: I keep frozen fruits and veggies on hand so it's easy to throw them in a smoothie or scrambled eggs without any chopping. I also try to have at least one serving at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also keep easy to eat fruits around like clementines, bananas, cherries (in season right now), and apples. If no chopping or peeling is required, im much more likely to eat them. Hope that helps!!

annefood 7yr @shaunacutie your determination is awesome! Like @Rachna I also eat at least 1 fruit of vegetable at every meal, and if I eat a snack it is always a fruit or veggie with some protein (fruit with nuts or cheese, veggie with hummus...). And dessert is always a great time to sneak in some fruit as well. I love finishing a meal with some berries or peach slices in the summer. Have you checked out the guidebook lately? https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/6-eat-more-fruits-veggies-per-day/guide There are some helpful hints on there as well.

FeliciaFancy 7yr I always try and start the day by having fruit with my breakfast which is normally some kind of berry on top of my cereal or porridge. I also try and bulk prepare my lunches for the week with a couple of portions of veg in so I am less likely to grab a shop bought sandwich :)

MargaretG 7yr Pre-cut and wash vegetables ahead of time and have them ready to go in the fridge. But organic and local from the farmers market so they are so good you'd eat them raw!!
