JenniferEmilson Seeing this reminded me I'm dying to try making sopes with quinoa flour. Hope they turn out as good as this looks.

shannonvittoria @JenniferEmilson do you have a good recipe for quinoa flour sopes? These arepas are so easy: masarepa, water, salt formed into "cakes" and cooked in olive oil in a pan.

JenniferEmilson Haha- not much different from the sopes! I will try the recipe from One Ingredient Chef, Homemade Sopes this eve. Will tell you if my replacements work. Won't recommend it till I've actually made...
