Love these Yaki-onigiris! Plain onigiris brushed with butter/Tamari sauce then grilled on a barbecue until charred!

Hainanese chicken served with two dipping sauces: ginger&spring onion infused oil and chili Tamari. Sides are brown rice, pickled cucumber and stir-fried Pak choi and mung bean sprouts
