The mighty coriander seed helps keep blood sugar low - just tried it in my veggie bowl!
Add some coriander seeds to your sauté pan to temper them, and toss in veggies for a deeply flavorful meal. Hope this means I won't hit the 3pm sugar crash :) #nutrition #kitchentips
