Philbert @ChrisCavanagh definitely try the fried skate cartilage. Bread pudding dessert was out of this world (add pigs blood for fun). If I did it again I'd skip the big dishes and get an extra small dish...
The most sustainable tuna fish sandwich I ever made. Did not think mayo from cafe free eggs and pole caught tuna were an option a year ago.
