N'duja is salami spice cured beef that is served as a spread to put on baguette and any other bread or "canapé" it's spicy and delicious! I prefer mine with a little cheese to cut the heat.
Sunflower buds eat like artichoke taste like sunflower. Treat them as if they were a artichoke you will be delighted to find how delicious they are!
