Paprika Peach Pie. Awesome combo of sweet heat and spices against the fresh peaches. And bonus- the macerating juices can be reduced into a syrup. I tried it in on Old Fashioned, but it would be lovely over ice cream or even pancakes etc. Four and Twenty Blackbirds recipe.
