My treasure at the Farmer's Market today was Zucchini Flowers that I adore. I stuffed them with soft goat cheese and lemon zest and battered them with egg, flour and club soda! Boy, what a delicate texture with a pow of yummy from the filling!!!

Made a Rabbit Ragu with Sopprasetta and Parpadelle to serve at our Wine Group. Went lovely with the French wines that were featured.
