gingerandchorizo 10yr Oh...I first sprinkled sesame seeds on the cheese and then just pan-fry them with a couple of garlic cloves and olive oil! -

Brown rice spaghetti with ratatouille
I made ratatouille last night and have lot of leftover, so I am having it for lunch again!

Roasted veggies (carrot, parsnips, beetroot, fennel and red onion), baby spinach and guacamole served on top of egg fried rice
All is leftover but I made them into a healthy and quick meal #nofoodwaste
