DietID_TeamDietitians 6yr this one is still hard for me - especially with baby. I tend to have to sneak meals in during nap times, which means I am always in a rush =/. Trying to make sure at least my dinners are more mindful.
Planned my Cheat day & it was totally worth it!

No Sugar Challenge (Level 5 Day15) Baked a shortbread & homemade Nutella ganache pudding and ate some too ! Giving in to my sugar cravings in a planned manner!!

Fixed a cookie dough , espresso caramel & fudge pudding whilst doing the no Added sugar challenge. add a scoop of ice cream & this is just what you need on a rainy day!
