DietID_TeamDietitians 6yr this one is still hard for me - especially with baby. I tend to have to sneak meals in during nap times, which means I am always in a rush =/. Trying to make sure at least my dinners are more mindful.

garv Actually, Long gaps have the opposite effect . I've tried it all! 4-5 small meals work brilliantly & every once in a while include dessert too!

Day 24No Sugar Challenge . Doing a refresher to reach this stage , where I don't crave sugar but indulge in it wisely! Hoping to 'own' my diet !!
