Glad you found something without added sugar! The one thing to be aware of with Naked (the protein smoothie included) is that they’re primarily fruit juice (mainly apple) and thus have a very high natural sugar content, with 0g fiber. Fiber is key when it comes to processing sugar, so it’s a pretty enormous sugar load for your body to handle (albeit natural sugar). The protein smoothie is the best choice of the Naked juices because it does contain protein, but if you can make your own protein smoothie with whole fruit that would be ideal 👍🏼

Definitely agree. I’m out of town for work, so I used this drink to recover after a 4 mile run in Denver altitude and 90 degrees 😄 usually I would have made my own!

Nope! Agave nectar is an added sugar (as are maple syrup, coconut nectar, honey, etc.).

I didn’t think so, so I used half a pass since I ate a couple spoonfuls of Greek yogurt with it (siggi).

It says 3 grams of sugar, but I don’t see sugar in the ingredients unless it’s disguised as something else?? Can I eat this trader joe muesli?
