annefood 6yr Great question @ingalls ! Pure stevia extract is the only "sweetener" that is allowed during the Avoid Added Sugar Challenge. Make sure that it is only stevia leaf though, as stevia products (such as Truvia) can contain other ingredients such as erythritol. And use in moderation because stevia can cause gastric upset. Other than that, try to find natural sweetness in fruit! Dates and ripe bananas are great for baking and sweetening oatmeal, etc.

ingalls 6yr Thanks for the stevia info! Outside of that, avoid all the other artificial alternatives you'd find in typical "diet" and "zero calorie" stuff?
