Stana 6yr Most days it was easy, i love fruits, veggies and (kale) salads.. and it helps esting less junk food when your tummy is full 🤣

LDA 6yr How have you incorporated that amount into your diet! What are your go to fruits and veggies?

Stana 6yr In the mornings i added 1-2 fruits to my oats or made a green smoothie. In the evenings i had a big kale salad with fruits or veggies or a buddha bowl. My faves are(in winter) apples, pears, kale, bananas, sweet potato, potatoes, avocado, pumpkin/ squash, carrots.
