annefood 8yr Keep it up! When you're tempted, just think about how much better you'll feel in the morning. Keep a cup of tea on hand at night, and eat well-balanced meals throughout the day so you don't have a hunger attack at 10pm. Or if you tend to eat dinner early and need a snack later in the evening, plan it just before that 2 hr mark so your body has time to digest but you don't go to bed hungry. You've got this @Stana !
