I love that 2/3 of your plate is filled with plants! If you can, try to avoid fried fish—grilled, pan seared, roasted etc. will all help cut down on those unhealthy fats.

This a porterhouse steak with herb seasoning marinade in light butter sautéed, and a side salad. I would bodies have to always have a certain amount of meat especially beef i eat beef in moderation
