I love that 2/3 of your plate is filled with plants! If you can, try to avoid fried fish—grilled, pan seared, roasted etc. will all help cut down on those unhealthy fats.

@Sexy170 baking the fish instead of frying it is a great way to reduce your intake of unhealthy fats. Glad to see another plate half full of salad!

@Sexy170 - have you tried making your own fruit popsicles? You can buy molds at most kitchen or grocery stores, and it's a great way to enjoy a cool treat without the added dyes and sugars.
