I kw that fruit juice is not the best option, cuz it's fiber free and full of sugar.. So how about detox and healthy juices which contain fruits and vegetables?? Is it good or still bad cuz it's still a juice!?

Hey @AhmedZ - Good question. Unfortunately many juices that contain veggies are made up of mostly fruit juice, which is why they taste sweet. As for 100% green veggie juices, they don't pose the same sugar problem as 100% fruit juices, but the natural fiber in whole veggies is important (it fills you up, helps with digestion etc.). If you consume plenty of whole veggies and want to supplement with a 100% vegetable juice because you like the earthy taste then feel free, but make sure it isn't apple juice in disguise.

thank u for ur answer, r u saying that fruit juice and fruit + veggie juice r same bad because of the sugar problem? and the only really healthy juice is only veggie juice?

Correct, fruit juice and fruit + veg juice both have the sugar problem. 100% veg juice doesn't have the sugar problem, but we do need fiber in our diets, so if you do choose to drink veggie juice make sure you are also consuming plenty of whole veggies too.
