Need advice: good veg beef stew recipe?
I have tried (and failed) multiple times to create a good, beef and vegetable stew that is more veg than beef. Any tips from this expert community?

annefood 8yr Hey @MargaretG - I was a vegetarian for many years and haven't made beef stew since I've returned to the land of the meat eaters ;) But I would bet that an Ina Garten recipe would be a good place to start. She tends to have great versions of those hearty classics. -
