I pretty much like all the regulars cashew almond coconut will sometimes get the vanilla version but always sugar free. I don't drink it straight though. Always with my protein shake or oatmeal. use them in cooking as well with very little noticeable difference

I agree - cashew milk is super easy and tasty. I've started making it, but just a bit thicker so it's like cream. I use that in curries instead of regular heavy cream.

I'm glad the point is made about how your body absorbs nutrients, like vitamin D. Just drinking water with extra vitamins doesn't help you as much ingesting it with a full meal.
