I'm totally struggling with my veggies challenge right now because I had a few dinners to attend, and surprisingly very few veggies available =( Keep it up though!!

@Rachna this time of year is a killer when it comes to sugar & veggie consumption. I think I'm in harm reduction mode at this point!

I think this time of year is hard on all fronts. Over the last two days I had chocolates, fried chicken, bacon, prime rib, a ton of cheese, and corn chips. YIKES! I managed to eat my 5 fruits and veggies each day, but the rest of my diet consisted of that lovely assortment I just listed. Back on track this morning with steel cut oats, almond milk and pear!

Me too @LezEngel I wasn't aware how reliant I had become on technology while eating alone!

Agreed! I think that I can use a meal to "catch up" rather than "find space" or "be present"

Same! I need to restart this one because I keep falling into the 'eat while catching up' trap. It's not good. Very impressed @LezEngel!
