I wonder if coffee negates the good from the water, though.

annefood 8yr Hey @MargaretG - you've got this! Coffee was said to be dehydrating for a long time, but they now say that the diuretic effect does not offset the hydration. So feel free to drink up! (Though, as always, everything in moderation.) Enjoy! -

I have tried (and failed) multiple times to create a good, beef and vegetable stew that is more veg than beef. Any tips from this expert community?

annefood Hey @MargaretG - I was a vegetarian for many years and haven't made beef stew since I've returned to the land of the meat eaters ;) But I would bet that an Ina Garten recipe would be a good place...
