annefood 8yr @Bee - take a look at the Avoid Added Sugar Guidebook https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/14-avoid-added-sugar/guide , the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Guidebook https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/12-avoid-sugar-at-breakfast/guide and the Avoid Sweets Guidebook https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/13-avoid-sweets-dessert-and-candy/guide for a complete explanation of what's allowed and what's not, to help you with your Challenges. What are you specifically trying to make or eat? The purpose of these Challenges is to avoid anything that has been sweetened - either with a type of sugar (molasses, maple syrup, date sugar etc all count) or with an artificial sweetener. Things that are naturally sweet like fruit are allowed.

JenniferEmilson 8yr If you are having oatmeal or even fruit with yogurt, try using cinnamon as a sugar replacement. When you omit all refined sugars, eventually you'll start to appreciate the natural 'sweetness' that cinnamon has!!
